Are you coming by car?
Our building is easily accessible by car via the A9, Exit 4 (Ouderkerk aan de Amstel / Amstelveen Oost). The A9 connects directly to the A2 (toward Utrecht) and the A4 (toward Schiphol-The Hague). The A10 ring road is also easily accessible.
Parking is permitted at the front and rear of the InSpark building in the parking spaces marked with an InSpark sign or in the unmarked spaces. Parking is completely free. Would you like to charge your electric vehicle? Please let our office manager know when you arrive.
Are you taking public transportation?
You can reach our building by taking bus 356, which runs from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA to Amstelveen/Haarlem. This bus line departs every 15 minutes, and the trip from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA takes about 25 minutes. Get off at the Amstelveen, Langerhuize stop.
From there, it’s a 13-minute walk to De Oude Molen 3. Our entrance is in the small hallway on the right as you walk in. Then, press the Ring doorbell, and one of our staff members will greet you.
History
Because we’re quite proud of the location and appearance of our building. Our building is actually located in a former gunpowder factory. This gunpowder factory was founded in 1719 after the “Het Oorlogsschip” gunpowder factory on Overtoom exploded in 1709 and was not allowed to be rebuilt there. Originally, black powder was produced here; later, guncotton, nitroglycerin powder, and pure nitroglycerin. Production continued until 1990. It’s no coincidence that this building suits us so well. We’re on fire. We’re firestarters—we’re InSpark. Are you IN?
