Our three adoption packs are tailored to the complexity and scope of organizational changes and their impact on employees. We evaluate changes based on user numbers, the pace of change, impact, organizational characteristics, diversity, available resources, process influence, and the number of simultaneous changes. The basic package is ideal for simple adjustments within digitally mature organizations, while for complex or larger organizations (with more than 800 employees), we recommend the medium or comprehensive package.
