Declaration app

Business case

A claims process is relevant almost in every organization. Often we see organizations reach for third-party solutions, where it is not certain that all data stays within the organization. The declarations app is quickly deployable within your own Microsoft 365 tenant.

Functionality

Quickly add new claims via the mobile Power App.

  • Scan receipts with AI recognition, automatically enter the amount.
  • Management review of claims.
  • Always up-to-date insight into all claims and their status.

Request images

Business case

Replacing an old solution based on InfoPath and SharePoint.

Functionality

Anyone can request images (photos) of objects from the Rijksmuseum's art collection. Via a link (custom API) with the system, in which all art objects are registered, people can quickly search for and find the objects. After a request is added, an object is retrieved and photographed by the photographer. Through a management environment, requests can be fully tracked and handled.

Office visit

Business case

In today's day and age, it is often necessary to reserve a workstation for office visits.

Functionality

With this app it is possible to book an office visit and reserve a space via a mobile device. New requests are assessed by the secretariat/office, to which a confirmation (with house rules) is shared with the requestor by email or by Teams chat.
