How does Expert Desk work?

Navigating an innovative landscape

Besides troubleshooting, we also take care of important updates or new features. Especially for Expert Desk customers, we offer discounted rates with guaranteed support through our SLA packages (bronze, silver, gold), which you can change every 3 months free of charge. In case of unsolvable problems, we call in Microsoft Premier Support directly, without the need for your own contract.

Onboarding

We agree which environments we can manage and arrange secure access with, for example, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and Priviliged Identity Management (PIM). Our colleagues come to your location to meet the IT team and record the agreements made in a DAP so that they are clear to all parties.

Collaborate

Our service will soon be up-and-running and ready to use. You can use our modern support portal with support app, but of course we can also be reached by email, phone and Microsoft Teams. We evaluate the cooperation after 25 reports and make adjustments where necessary. Naturally, we report on the work performed.

Innovate and accelerate

Not only can you ask questions and report incidents, but we also provide services in a proactive way. Think webinars, newsletters, but also a personalized on-site innovation and roadmap session. In this way, we provide innovation & acceleration together with our "customized accelerators."
