You're not getting anywhere in the CSP portal. An order gets stuck, you can't find the right product or the login doesn't work. For all these technical issues in the portal you can contact our colleagues at:service@inspark.nl

Go to Seats or Products. Find the appropriate subscription and click on "Manage Product" on the right in the Actions column. Plus add the number to the appropriate total number you want. Then click submit.

Go to Seats or Products. At the top right, you will see 2 options: 4 cubes or a list. Click on the desired view.

You don't know which license is the most convenient to order right now. Do I need Exchange Online Plan 1 or Plan 2? For all these licensing questions you can contact the licensing team:subscriptions@inspark.nl

Go to Seats or Products. Find the appropriate subscription and in the Actions column on the right, click Manage Product. Click suspend or cancel subscription.

You can cancel a Legacy subscription at any time.
An NCE subscription can only be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. -

A Legacy subscription can still do so, during its term. Note that Legacy subscriptions do not last long, this expires after the end date.
An NCE subscription cannot be scaled down. You are stuck with the corresponding term. You can cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order. -
It is important that you log in with your Active Directory (UPN) email address. This is because using an alias email address will not work.

Go to Shop. Use the filters or search bar to search for the product you want. Make sure you select the correct term and billing cycle. Click on "add to cart. At the top of the screen, go to cart. Continue clicking submit to place the order.

Below the subscription, under the Products heading, are tags. The tag NCE shows that the subscription is NCE. Is there no NCE listed? Then it is Legacy.

Go to the Microsoft heading and click on License Consumption. Here you can see exactly which numbers are allocated and which are not.

Go to the Microsoft heading and click on Azure Usage. Here you can easily use the filters to see your Azure usage for the desired time period.
